Adam finally had the ring, and he was ready to ask the most important question of his life.
After helping Adam choose a perfect location based on what he thought Kylie would like best, I prepared the perfect plan: Adam would tell Kylie that he had won a free mini photo session in a raffle at work, meaning that they could get some couple’s photos together!
But could we pull it off without her becoming suspicious?

We started the session like any other- I welcomed them and we wandered throughout the park, stopping for gorgeous photographs at the best spots. But secretly, Adam waited for us to get to the agreed-upon “spot”, with the ring in his pocket…
Unbeknownst to Kylie, Adam was gearing up for the big moment. 🙂 As I gave him the signal that I was ready, he began to tell Kylie all the beautiful things he loves about her…
She was shocked and delighted- and she said yes!!
For a brief moment, Kylie looked at me accusingly. “Wait a MINUTE. He didn’t win a free session in a raffle, DID HE?!?” I couldn’t help but laugh as I admitted to being in on the surprise. 🙂
Can you believe this amazing completely custom ring?!! It’s main diamond was from Kylie’s mother’s ring- her dad passed a couple years ago, and the Adam “wanted to propose with the same diamond that Kylie’s dad did”. Gahhhh so perfect!!
Congratulations again, Kylie and Adam!! I’m so thrilled for the two of you and I hope to photograph you again soon! 😉
