Patrick was all smiles when we met: SO excited to propose to his girlfriend, Danielle, he was nervously tapping his foot as we thought up the “plan”.

“She doesn’t like surprises that much..” he laughed, “..but I this.. this will be a good surprise.”

We met again a few weeks later to look over the area for the proposal and practice the plan. 🙂 Patrick gladly showed off the gorgeous ring he had selected for his love!

Finally, the day arrived. Patrick wisely agreed to tell Danielle that he had arranged for them to have a “couple’s session” with me- this would allow me to pose and direct them to the best areas- and to get some lovely casual photographs before the proposal! (it also meant that he and Danielle would be dressed up and looking their best for the amazing moment <3 )

We started the session in the secluded Dem Hall forest…

At last, we went to “finish” the session at the Radiology Gardens of MSU campus. It would be here that Patrick would propose! Nerves ran high as he waited for my signal…
